At ARIESONE, we strive to deliver high-quality grooming products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns on Offer Purchases

All products purchased during offers, discounts, or sale periods are not eligible for return or refund. This includes promotional deals, combo offers, and limited-time sales.

Replacement for Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not working, ARIESONE will provide a replacement for the same product.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification

  • The product must be used as per instructions

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered. Approved cases will be handled through replacement only.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Incorrect usage or unauthorized repairs

  • Issues reported after the allowed reporting period

Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, a replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 working days, subject to availability.
